Scream! This is finally it. My last day in the office (I am worthless at this point). Tonight will be my final rounds of bidding adieu as a single running free. Over three years ago I started this process and it feels so good, finally, to get to what it has all been about.On this date, I have been logged in for 36 months. I'm ready, China.
As for my itinerary, someone asked about it. It's the usual Beijing-Nanchang-Guangzhou route. There is only one day on that list of activities that is really huge to me. March 1st. The rest will happen as it happens. We'll just have to see how it all unfolds....I can hardly wait!

Yippee! The final countdown has begun.
When in Nanchang, make sure to seek out Tiffanies' shop and ask the for Pipa's finding ad - they'll give you the original free, and will also give you a photocopy of the original newspaper page it was on (also free).
Also, if you have a desire to have custom clothing made, I'd HIGHLY recommend Tiffanie's shop - they did fantastic work and it was very reasonably priced as well. You might find something that fits off the rack, but in my experience, it is worth it to have it custom done, you'll be much happier for longer!
Can't wait to see that beautiful girlio in her Mama's arms. Enjoy Nanchang, we thought it was a nice place. Try to walk back inside the neighborhoods to get a glimpse of the "real" China. We got a lot of friendly looks, but we could tell the residents weren't used to seeing a lot of Westerners walking down their streets.

Well, gorgeous. Its the 25th here in Shanghai, so its finally THE day! Hope you have a very uneventful flight, and manage to get 40 winks.
