I kid you not with what I am about to spill. I am not one who is much into the whole ladybug gig. Yeah, they're cute enough but not any obsession of mine. But, one cannot be involved in China adoption without hearing that referrals will soon be arriving when ladybug sightings occur.
Tell me, what does qualify as a ladybug sighting? Most of the ladybugs I see in my house are dead as doornails (great karma). Today I saw a live one...of sorts. You all know what my job is by now. Imagine my surprise when I moved back that drape and saw a ladybug in a most unusual locale on my patient. It was a ladybug tattoo but I still think that ladybug sighting has to count for something ;0) I have decided that it was a bug sighting customized just for me. The bearer of the bug has no connection to any of the China lore. She just likes them thar bugs....a lot. Too funny.
Now, off to sleep after an all-night/dayer. I'm babbling at this point but I just had to share the bug.

Interesting! Joel was grilling on the BBQ tonight and on his way out the patio doors, he spotted (hee hee) a live ladybug. Coincidence?? I'm just sayin'...

I'm not a big believer in the whole ladybug thing..but around significant times in our adoption, ladybugs appeared..you can't help but think they're some sort of sign sent from above. :)
