Today was a work/daycare day. I know it is only one small day of many challenges ahead. But, all things considered, know what? It was wonderful! It didn't need to be perfect to be wonderful and who needs any more than that ;0)

Sadly, I have determined that my baby weight guesstimating is completely jacked up in the only eight short weeks since my last delivery! I was usually within an ounce or two with my prediction after delivery and before the scale. Today...11oz off. I thought the little guy today was a bit of a peanut but he WAS 7-10. I would say lugging around my girl has made me think all these newborns are feathers.

Amazing how all it takes are just a few good moments to completely lift the spirit (at least long enough to see you through).

I am going to go do absolutely NOTHING for a while. And, for a change, that includes not worrying as well. I'm roping myself off a little 'Hakuna Matata' time.

Glad you had a good day. No worries, my friend. Short term crap for long term gain (it's my new motto).

Does this mean that you find your aroma lacks a certain appeal? Or that you clear the savannah after every meal? ;)

I am SO GLAD y'all had a better day today! Hakuna matata.

Just read your last 3 posts. Its funny, after you posted about little C's moodswings & "viciousness" on you, Tari started doing it!!! And she's not even in daycare! I was talking to my friend, who's niece is a day older than Tari, and she said her niece does exactly the same thing!!! So - as much as our girl's pasts does weigh on my mind, I'm going to try and keep things in perspecitive - and maybe it's just "the age"?!

Just so you know, I laugh at myself, when I get outta the shower!

Hakuna Matata, yourself!

I remember my OB/GYN saying guessing our babies' weights SO close! I couldn't believe how he could do it. You guys are amazing. :-)

Cool. I dont know how you can guess a baby's weight. It look at them and can just say "this one looks fat, this one looks skinny"

It is so refreshing to see you give so much to your girl. Glad to know you can see the wonderfulness in a not perfect day, good is good enough. You inspire us to concentrate more on our children. Thanks
