So, here we are. Hopefully things will go more smoothly here since my prior template became a PC hater. Yes, it's still Blogger but I am giving a whole new template a whirl and hoping for the best. Keep me posted on crashing issues. I fiddled with Wordpress a bit but it seems I fell to familiarity. I'm keepin' the faith with Blogger and will do so unless problems run amok again.
The new name...it still makes me laugh. If memory serves I owe kudos and copyright notice to Two Kayaks for this one as it was suggested quite a long time ago. I wasn't actually going to do it but then decided it was really oh, so perfect. The header text brings to mind the two things that will be the topic of this blog: one kid and one mom holding a related job. The title intermingles the two. I figure I am G*ogle safe from p*rn seeking hits because the 'target' word is in absentia. Anyhoo, I do not get the least bit wrapped up about the reference and I think it was quite clever of the developer.
Welcome aboard. The best is yet to come! Update your Bloglines and come along for the ride. (I couldn't keep the "jadynjourney"address now could I?) I'm ready for the next chapter, are you?

My computer wouldn't crash; it just took a lot longer than normal to load. Love the name and everything else. You are really getting closer to your LID and I am excited for you. Ike also caused lots of crop for us in lower east Michigan with flooding and basement issues.
